产水气井井下节流参数优化设计新方法

New method of downhole throttling parameter optimization design for water produced gas wells

  • 摘要: 传统气井井下节流计算模型应用于苏里格低渗、低压、低丰度致密砂岩气藏产水气井时,气井井下节流工艺参数计算结果存在较大误差,影响气井产量及最终采收率,携液潜能得不到充分发挥。基于能量方程建立气液混合物通过节流器的流动动态,将液相质量分数引入能量守恒方程中,结合高气液比气井井筒压力计算模型和基于井筒径向传热的温度模型及节流压降、温降模型,建立气液混合物通过嘴流新模型,并编制了含水气井井下节流工艺参数计算软件。苏里格气田苏AA 井实例计算表明,新方法所设计参数与实际生产情况相匹配,气井生产平稳,且能更好地维持气井连续携液生产。

     

    Abstract: Applying traditional downhole throttling calculation model to water produced gas wells in Sulige field, characterized with low permeability, low pressure, and low abundance, there is a big error in the calculation of the parameters of the gas well downhole throttling process, which will affect the output of the gas well and the final recovery, and the liquid carrying ability can not be fully played.The paper theoretically set up a new model that gas-liquid mixture flowing through the throttle device, based on the energy equation which the liquid phase mass fraction is introduced into, combined with the wellbore pressure calculation model with high gas-liquid ratio, the temperature calculation model based on the wellbore radial heat transfer, the throttling pressure and temperature drop model. Based on this, the downhole throttling process parameters calculation software was compiled for water produced gas wells. Sulige SuAA well was used as an example to be compared with published method, and the results show that the design parameters of the new method are matched with the actual production conditions, the gas well production is stable, and it can keep the gas well continuous liquid production. The method has good application effect and has a certain popularization and application value.
